SSI is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Optimization & Warfighter Integration Analyst for a role in El Segundo, CA.
The successful candidate will provide strategic-level expertise in C2 operations, warfighter integration, orbital warfare, and advanced tactics development across the Total Force. This role requires the ability to operate independently in senior-level forums and represent Air Reserve Component (ARC) equities in joint and multi-domain environments.
Role and Responsibilities include:
Command and Control Optimization
- Serve as the representative on the customer team, composed primarily of senior leaders (O-6 level and above).
- Provide analytical and operational expertise to assess, modernize, and improve C2 frameworks, decision-making processes, and operational integration across the enterprise.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance readiness, responsiveness, and multi-domain synchronization.
Senior-Level Advisory & Representation
- Act as the primary advisor for Command and Control within cross-functional and joint planning efforts.
- Represent ARC perspectives in high-level strategic discussions, ensuring Reserve Component capabilities, limitations, and integration requirements are fully incorporated into future force design and operational concepts.
- Interface with senior military leaders, government civilians, and industry partners to align C2 modernization efforts with mission needs.
Weapons and Tactics Development Support
- Serve as the sole ARC C2 advisor to the Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC) Mission Area Working Group.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of advanced warfighter tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) across the Department of Defense.
- Facilitate the integration of ARC capabilities into evolving multi-domain operational concepts, ensuring relevance in future conflicts.
- Support collaboration across mission areas to drive innovation in operational concepts, integration strategies, and tactical employment.
