About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Lead, Research and Development, the R&D coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe execution of water quality management R&D field projects on and around active mine sites. You will collaborate with internal partners to safely implement research programs as a part of EVR’s overall commitment to the Elk Valley Water Plan

To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can coordinate and manage field programs, technicians and contractors, ensuring their safety and compliance with procedures. Someone who is self motivated, can build relationships and work collaboratively with technical teams and site personnel. You will have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with strong capacities for organization and practical problem-solving in a fast-paced, field environment.
