Job Summary:

We're looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator (CRC), someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is ready to grow with our company.

You’ll be a primary point of contact for homeowners building long-term relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service

• Review project expectations and final scope of work with homeowners
• Present and sell project upgrades and add-on services
• Move projects into production while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience
• No construction experience is required. We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000-$115,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience, strongly preferred
• Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
