Enterprise Account Executive

We are hiring an Account Executive to own enterprise sales cycles end-to-end across North America and Europe. You will identify target accounts, create opportunities through proactive outbound and relationship-driven prospecting, navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying environments, and carry six- and seven-figure deals through close with some of the world's largest enterprises.
This role involves significant travel across the US and Europe. You'll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, partner closely with the founding team on strategic deals, and help refine the playbook for selling AI into the most complex IT environments in the world.
Responsibilities
Generate pipeline and own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close for enterprise accounts
Identify, research, and open Fortune 500 and Global 2000 SAP accounts through outbound prospecting, relationships, events, partners, and other creative channels
Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with clear account strategies, next steps, and forecasts
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving IT leadership, CIOs, procurement, legal, and system integrator partners
Help build and refine the sales playbook
Travel to customer sites in North America and Europe as needed
Who You Are
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
Demonstrated ability to personally source and create enterprise opportunities
Comfortable engaging both technical buyers and business stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, procurement)
Thrives in ambiguous early-stage environments; energized by building the playbook, creating structure, and iterating without a fully established process
Use and experiment with AI tools regularly
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to operate within a process and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience selling into SAP ecosystems or enterprise IT
Experience selling new or emerging product categories where demand creation was required
