About the team
Our Transaction monitoring and KYC teams are business enabling teams in Trustly. They ensure that we bring in customers that adhere to our internal guidelines as well as ensuring that this is the case throughout their lifetime using Trustly. Our teams are ambitious and clever, it means that we always look for a better way of doing what we do, leaving no stones unturned. About the role

We’re currently looking for a Fincrime Operations production leads in our regulated operational function. A production lead for us means the person responsible for our operational delivery. In this role you will define and ensure that our business goals are translated into clear deliverables and goals for our KYC & Transaction monitoring teams, as well as be responsible that the goals are met → say what to do and see it through.

This will enable us to deliver more with what we have and ensure we keep our commitments towards our business.
