Founder’s Office
Dozee· United States·
We’re hiring a Founder’s Office leader in the U.S. to work directly with the CEO/Founder and multiply founder bandwidth across customers, partners, investors, strategic initiatives, executive communications, market development, and internal operating cadence.
This is not a traditional EA, Chief of Staff, or strategy-only role. It is a high-trust, high-context operating role for someone sharp, polished, commercially fluent, and execution-oriented — someone who can walk into a customer meeting, synthesize ambiguity, turn strategy into collateral, follow through with precision, and ensure the founder’s time is spent only where it creates maximum enterprise value.
How the role works: focus, amplify, execute
-
Focus — optimize founder time. Create leverage for the CEO by structuring priorities, preparing for high-stakes meetings, filtering noise, driving follow-through, and ensuring the founder is focused on the right conversations and decisions.
-
Amplify — turn founder thinking into assets. Convert ideas, customer insights, investor conversations, and market learnings into crisp narratives, decks, memos, follow-ups, briefs, and external-facing collateral.
-
Execute — move strategic work forward. Own high-priority projects across business development, marketing, partnerships, customer expansion, fundraising support, and U.S. market development.
What you’ll own
-
Optimize the CEO/Founder’s operating cadence — manage priorities, prepare meeting briefs, capture decisions, drive follow-through, and ensure the founder’s time is deployed against the highest-leverage customers, partners, investors, and strategic initiatives.
-
Run strategic projects from concept to closure — take ambiguous business priorities, break them into workstreams, align stakeholders, create execution plans, and drive outcomes without needing heavy supervision.
-
Support U.S. business development and market expansion — identify and activate opportunities across SNFs, physician groups, health systems, channel partners, strategic accounts, and ecosystem partners.
-
Build executive-ready communication and collateral — create sharp decks, one-pagers, founder notes, customer follow-ups, investor updates, partner briefs, market narratives, and internal memos that are polished, precise, and commercially useful.
-
Translate founder and customer insight into marketing assets — work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to convert field learnings into case studies, customer stories, testimonials, sales narratives, website inputs, campaign ideas, and segment-specific messaging.
-
Prepare and support high-stakes external meetings — build context packs, meeting agendas, talk tracks, follow-up notes, action trackers, and relationship maps for customers, investors, advisors, partners, and industry leaders.
-
Drive founder-led sales and relationship development — help the CEO engage strategically with key accounts, prospects, physicians, operators, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders; ensure every conversation has clear objectives and disciplined follow-through.
-
Know the product deeply and represent it with finesse — develop fluency in Dozee’s contactless sensing, clinical capabilities, use cases, reimbursement context, and buyer pain points; translate that fluency into credible conversations and collateral.
-
Own special initiatives across functions — support projects that cut across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Clinical, Finance, and Operations, especially where CEO involvement is needed to unblock progress or accelerate outcomes.
-
Strengthen internal communication and alignment — translate leadership priorities into clear internal narratives, operating updates, team rituals, and communication that keeps teams aligned, energized, and moving with urgency.
-
Bring polish to the company’s external presence — ensure founder-led communication, customer-facing material, strategic documents, and public narratives reflect Dozee’s credibility as a clinically trusted health AI company.
Experience we’re looking for
-
2-4 years of experience in a high-performance operating, strategy, business development, marketing, consulting, venture, healthcare, or founder-facing role.
-
Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, senior executives, investors, or enterprise customers in a fast-moving environment.
-
Strong exposure to B2B healthcare, medical devices, digital health, SaaS, health tech, provider markets, post-acute care, physician groups, or healthcare services is highly preferred.
-
Demonstrated ability to support or lead business development, partnerships, marketing, GTM, customer expansion, strategic programs, or investor-facing work.
-
Experience creating executive-level collateral: board/investor materials, customer decks, business cases, strategic memos, market maps, partnership proposals, or sales narratives.
-
A track record of handling confidential, sensitive, and high-stakes information with maturity, judgment, and discretion.
Skills that set you up to win
-
Founder leverage mindset. You understand that the core objective is to increase the CEO’s effectiveness — by reducing noise, sharpening decisions, improving preparation, and driving follow-through.
-
Exceptional writing and synthesis. You can turn messy inputs, long conversations, clinical complexity, and founder thinking into crisp narratives, decks, emails, memos, and customer-ready collateral.
-
Commercial fluency. You understand customers, pipeline, revenue, partnerships, account expansion, and GTM execution — and can operate across marketing and business development with confidence.
-
Sharp judgment and finesse. You know how to handle senior stakeholders, high-value relationships, sensitive conversations, and ambiguous situations with polish and discretion.
-
Healthcare learning agility. You can quickly develop fluency in Dozee’s product, clinical use cases, buyer personas, reimbursement models, and evidence base.
-
AI-native operator. You use AI and LLMs exceptionally well to accelerate research, synthesis, content creation, meeting preparation, personalization, analysis, and execution — while maintaining accuracy, judgment, and brand quality.
-
Structured execution. You are rigorous with follow-ups, action trackers, owners, timelines, and outcomes. Nothing important falls through the cracks.
-
Executive presence. You can represent the founder’s office professionally with customers, partners, investors, advisors, and internal leaders.
-
High ownership at founder speed. You move fast, think clearly, operate with low ego, and solve problems without waiting for perfect instructions.
