About Aedeon
Aedeon is the agent platform for enterprise modernization, built by Aedeon Inc., a separate product company founded by the same team that founded Mactores. Aedeon turns the systems already running a business applications, databases, data platforms, business rules, workflows into governed AI agents, grounded in a persistent Code Intelligence Graph of the customer's own code and verified through behavior-equivalence proof. Aedeon is delivered as a product, not a services engagement, and runs without mandatory forward-deployed engineers.
This role puts you inside the platform side of that loop: you'll ship product features on Aedeon itself. Aedeon is the agent-native modernization platform for the enterprise, it turns the systems already running the business (applications, databases, data platforms, business rules, workflows) into governed AI agents, grounded in a persistent Code Intelligence Graph of the customer's own code and verified through behavior-equivalence proof. Aedeon is delivered as a product, not a services engagement, and runs without mandatory forward-deployed engineers. It has real enterprise customers and tight release timelines.
We're looking for a senior full-stack developer who is deeply product-oriented, takes release ownership seriously, and brings a rigorous, test-first mindset to every feature they ship. You understand the full delivery lifecycle, building features, defining test cases, running deployments, validating production readiness and you use AI agents and automation to do it at a high standard of quality and efficiency. Agents don't replace your judgment here; they multiply it. You'll use AI tooling to generate test coverage at scale, and you'll own the calls the tooling can't make.
We're not looking for someone who builds features and hands them off. We're looking for someone who ships features they'd be proud to demo, loses sleep over a broken deployment and fixes it before anyone asks, writes test cases before the code rather than after the deadline, uses every tool available including AI to work better and faster, and treats the release date as a promise to the team and the customer. You think like a product owner: quality, timelines, and the end-user experience are personal responsibilities. You commit to release deadlines and raise risks early enough to do something about them.
