ArenaNet is looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team for a six-month contract from August 2026 through February 2027.

In this role, you'll support both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition by helping ensure our HR operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees. You'll play a key role in coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR systems, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with a variety of HR programs and initiatives.

What You'll Do

Recruiting Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling using Ashby (ATS) and Microsoft Teams.

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to schedule interviews and manage logistics.

  • Coordinate scheduling changes, interviewer availability, and backup coverage to ensure a seamless interview experience.

  • Manage job postings, candidate pipeline activity, interview feedback collection, and applicant tracking within Ashby.

  • Support offer coordination, background checks, and pre-employment activities.

Human Resources Operations

  • Administer and maintain employee records within UKG (HRIS), including data entry, auditing, reporting, security, and system updates.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager questions related to HR processes, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, employment documentation, and HR systems.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.

  • Monitor compliance with required training, internal policies, and employment regulations.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and audits.

  • Escalate complex or sensitive employee matters to the appropriate HR team member.

Team Support

  • Partner closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support day-to-day operations.

  • Assist with special projects across Human Resources and Recruiting.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and overall operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Two or more years of experience in HR Operations, HR systems, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role.

  • Experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling and coordinating candidate lifecycles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with UKG and Ashby is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in the video game or technology industry is a plus.

This is a 6 month contract.

Pay Range: $39.58 - $57.55 per hour

This is an hourly contract role with overtime pay when applicable. While we share the full range for transparency, typical offers fall between the minimum and midpoint.

The role is benefits-eligible through our third-party employer, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible/dependent care accounts.

This role is remote-friendly, but we are currently prioritizing candidates who are local to the Bellevue, WA area and open to occasional onsite collaboration.
