Join cargo-partner as an IT Application Expert and take ownership of our dedicated business applications! In this role, you will operate, maintain, and monitor critical applications while providing international user support.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement of our IT landscape.

Your Responsibilities
- End-to-End Application Management: Handle the entire lifecycle of business applications—from user requests and business requirement analysis to testing, release management, and rollout support.
- Performance & Optimization: Ensure high application performance and service quality through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for specific applications, providing incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination with external software providers.
- Collaboration & Development: Work closely with business departments to align on the further development and enhancement of applications.

Education & Experience
Technical education in IT (e.g., computer science, IT systems engineering) or equivalent experience.
IT Skills

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases (MS SQL, Oracle), and security principles.

Experience with Transport Management System and Freight Forwarding process is advantage

IT Business analysis skills, Requirements management and process management skills are advantage

Familiarity with EDI/integration tools (e.g., Lobster Data Integration) and IBM iSeries is a plus.
Key Competencies
