Lead Generative AI Analyst - English US

We're looking for an experienced Lead Generative AI Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This is a hybrid leadership role for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving operational challenges, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced AI environment.

Rather than focusing on individual annotation work, you'll lead the day-to-day execution of AI data operations, partnering with annotators, quality teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality standards.
