The Partner Engagement Manager manages a portfolio of corporate funders and is responsible for driving corporate fundraising, partner renewals, and revenue growth through strategic account management. This role develops and executes fundraising strategies that strengthen corporate partnerships, secure renewed and expanded investments, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.

Reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement, this role owns a portfolio of corporate funders with accountability for renewal, retention, and revenue growth. Success in this role requires experience managing corporate donor relationships, leading renewal conversations, identifying expansion opportunities, and achieving fundraising or revenue goals.

This is an individual contributor role with the potential for future people management responsibilities.

This role requires strong fundraising and relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize efficiently. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, from program contacts to executive leaders. This role is NY-based and requires 2 days in-office per week, in compliance with our hybrid work policy.
