About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
This is a team leadership role responsible for all of Legora's marketing activity across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will own the UKI marketing strategy end-to-end – brand, demand, field, and customer – and you will report to the Senior Director, International Marketing.
You are inheriting a small team and a real foundation. Your job is to build on it with pace and intention: raise the quality of execution, build the team around you, and establish Legora as the clear category leader across both the law firm and in-house segments in the UK and Ireland markets.
UKI is one of the world’s most important legal markets, and in this role, you have a direct influence on how Legora’s international strategy takes shape. The expectation is that you think strategically, operate commercially, and hold yourself accountable to pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity.
What You’ll Own
UKI Market Strategy & Brand Presence
Own Legora's brand and market presence across the UK and Ireland, across both the law firm and in-house corporate segments.
Define the UKI marketing strategy and translate it into a rolling plan that the team and the broader growth org can execute against.
Position Legora as the category leader in legal AI in the UK through thought leadership, media presence, content, and the moments that matter to UKI buyers.
Understand the UKI market with depth: the competitive dynamics, the key accounts, the buying triggers, and the influencers who shape perception in the legal community.
GTM & Pipeline Impact
Drive regional brand activation, ABM, field, integrated campaigns and event strategy in close partnership with the UKI Growth team.
Own pipeline generation and influence targets for the UKI region and be a genuine commercial partner to the UKI revenue leadership, not a support function.
Design integrated campaigns that work across the full funnel – awareness through to late-stage deal support – and hold them to a measurable standard.
Partner closely with Product Marketing to stay ahead of Legora's competitive position — identifying key product levers, translating capability into market narrative, and ensuring campaigns are built on the genuine strength of the product, whether the goal is competitive displacement, category creation, or expansion.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
Spotlight UKI champions, build the regional reference base, and develop meaningful programmes that deepen relationships with existing customers across both segments.
Work with Engagement to support adoption and expansion, ensuring existing customers understand and use more of what Legora can do.
Build a UKI customer story pipeline that feeds the global content engine and gives UKI sales the proof points they need in the room.
Team Leadership & Operations
Lead, develop, and grow the UKI marketing team. You are inheriting a small team and are expected to build it into a high-performing function.
Own the UKI marketing budget: allocate it with commercial rigor, report on it with clarity, and make the case for investment when the opportunity is right.
Define success metrics that connect marketing activity to business outcomes — pipeline, revenue influence, NRR — and build the reporting cadence that gives marketing and GTM leadership clear visibility.
Build scalable processes that create consistency while protecting speed, quality, and creativity.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in a senior regional marketing role accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes in the UK market.
Experience across both law firm and in-house / corporate legal audiences is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. You understand a multi-segment marketing strategy with different motivations, and what it takes to market to these different segments.
A track record of building brand presence and pipeline in an enterprise,GTM-led environment. You know how to work alongside a GTM team and make them better, not just busier.
Genuine team leadership experience. You've built and developed a team before, and you know the difference between managing and developing people.
Strong commercial instincts. You think in pipeline, revenue influence, and NRR, and you can hold a confident conversation with sales leadership about what marketing is contributing and why.
Data-literate and experimentally minded. You use data to make decisions and to make the case, and you build teams that do the same.
A clear point of view on competitive marketing. You've helped a company take ground from an incumbent or define a new category, and you know how to use product strength as a marketing weapon.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller.
