We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our regional offices. This will be an in person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support business development objectives, strategic growth opportunities, and market visibility across the organization.
- Manage marketing content, resource libraries, company templates, collateral, and business development materials to ensure information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
- Serve as a champion of Holder's brand standards by overseeing the design, review, and quality of marketing deliverables, presentations, graphics, and reusable marketing assets.
- Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and production schedules to support multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
- Partner with business development, pursuit, communications, and operational leaders to develop compelling content that effectively communicates Holder's capabilities, experience, and value proposition.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience developing presentations, graphics, templates, and marketing collateral.
- Proven experience leading marketing initiatives, content development efforts, and production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, content management systems, and marketing databases is preferred.
