About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Events to own and support the execution of webinars, trade shows, conferences, customer-events and other marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by bringing events and experiences to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly and support broader company goals. Beyond event execution, this role will also contribute to wider marketing initiatives as needed. If you enjoy managing multiple moving pieces, thrive in dynamic environments, and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA

✈️ Travel: Travel to events/conferences is expected approximately 5 times per year
