We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Services & Business Development who wants their work to mean something. What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver patient-centered clinical care through assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education within your scope of practice
  • Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners
  • Educate referral sources on LUX Infusion's services, treatment options, and patient eligibility criteria
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, operations, marketing, business development, and provider partners
  • Identify new opportunities to expand referral networks and increase patient access to care
  • Represent LUX Infusion at community events, healthcare meetings, and professional conferences
  • Analyze referral trends and support strategic growth initiatives through data-informed recommendations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standards
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellence
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction

 

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state
  • National Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • DEA registration (where applicable)
  • Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Proficiency with EMR platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to provider offices and healthcare facilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or outpatient care settings
  • Healthcare business development, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience
  • Established relationships within local healthcare communities
  • Experience evaluating referral data and supporting market growth strategies

Pay Range/Rate
$60$70 USD
