Ocean Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day forwarding operations for LGCAI, including ocean, rail, and inland transportation
• Coordinate shipments and manage operational issues to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Manage carrier rates, pricing, and cost-related discussions as needed 
• Review freight charges and support billing and settlement processes
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational and cost matters

 

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
