  • Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience supporting enterprise business and technology transformation initiatives for external clients.
  • Experience supporting transformation offices, enterprise governance, portfolio management, program management, or strategic transformation initiatives.

  • Strong consulting, analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, executive communications, performance metrics, roadmaps, reporting, and transformation management processes.
  • Experience leveraging project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to travel 25 to 50%.
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
