Your Mission: 

The Senior Manager of Clinical Services mission is to support and guide a dedicated team of diverse clinicians/therapists delivering trauma-informed, community-based services to clients of all ages and their families.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000/year | Full Benefits Package Included

This role is based in Chinatown, Chicago, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

What You’ll Impact 

As a Senior Manager of Clinical Services, you will deliver clinical supervision, support individual staff development in alignment with agency’s growth, and provide administrative support to ensure high-quality service delivery across the Behavioral Health Program and Brain Health Program. This leadership role will maintain a small caseload to stay connected to the heart of the work, model and demonstrate evidence-based and evidence-informed practices of care and services to clients and families.  

In this role, you will also contribute to a culture grounded in our shared ways of working—demonstrating care, clarity, coordination, commitment, and continuous improvement in how you support clients and collaborate with others.
