Significance, Inc. is seeking an MCCS Program Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Branch in Arlington, Virginia. This position will be remote with approximate 20% of travel when needed and requires an active Secret clearance.
This position provides direct operations support to MCCS Planning, Programming, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives and enterprise resource management efforts. The successful candidate will support the development of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes across appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) programs.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting MCCS; Military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR); Fleet and Family Readiness; or comparable military community support programs as an action officer. This individual must be capable of operating independently, engaging senior stakeholders across MCICOM and Headquarters Marine Corps, and producing executive-level analytical products with minimal government oversight
