Senior Product Designer

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centered experiences that help customers secure, govern, and build their AI models. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping how customers understand, manage, and interact with AI-driven trust, risk, and transparency. You’ll work across product, engineering, and leadership teams to define strategy, influence product direction, and deliver thoughtful, scalable design solutions. What you will do

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for the AI model experience and features, from discovery through delivery
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and translate complex AI concepts into intuitive experiences
• Conduct and guide user research to uncover customer needs, mental models, and trust gaps related to AI systems
• Advocate for user needs and ethical design considerations, ensuring transparency, explainability, and usability in AI-driven experiences
• Develop frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns that scale across AI-related products
• Present design concepts, research insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, elevating team craft and design quality
• Drive collaboration across teams to align on user experience vision and execution
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate on solutions

 

What you will have

• 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
• Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects and delivering end-to-end design solutions
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code or similar tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design strategy
• Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven concepts into clear, usable experiences
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product

 

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI/ML-driven products or data-rich applications
• Familiarity with concepts such as AI transparency, explainability, and responsible/ethical AI design
• Fluent with AI-assisted workflows and using agentic tooling for design processes
• Experience working in enterprise or SaaS environments with complex workflows
• Experience influencing product strategy and contributing to long-term vision
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
