Title: Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets
The Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets will be part of the global Capital Markets team, who are responsible for executing the company’s financing strategy, including capital structuring and raising capital to support M&A and organic growth initiatives. The main focus will be supporting the preparation and execution of complex financing transactions. The Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets will be active in an international environment and support projects globally, with key focus on the APAC region. This position reports to the Capital Markets Director, APAC. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in the preparation and execution of financing transactions (including (project) financing, DCM and derivatives transactions)
- Assist and develop financial models, with a focus on debt sizing, forecasting and financial analysis
- Assist in the coordination of various due diligence workstreams
- Perform ad hoc cross function project work and assist in the coordination between Capital Markets and various internal teams
- Assist in the coordination of the various external stakeholders including advisors and financial institutions
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders including financing marketing materials
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, lender coordination, KYC and ongoing internal and external reporting requirements Assist in corporate restructuring processes together with Tax, Legal and Accounting
- Support key improvement initiatives related to the broader financing strategy
- Contribute to building the Capital Markets function as well as the broader Group Treasury organization in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, such as FP&A, Tax and Accounting & Reporting.

Experience/Education
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or another quantitatively oriented discipline.
- Knowledge and experience in the financing of corporates, projects, or infrastructure (e.g. treasury, corporate finance or investment / wholesale banking), preferably in (digital) infrastructure
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial modelling (including on Excel) and PowerPoint.
- Experience in structured / project finance is a strong plus.
- Experience in the Data Center industry, Construction or Real Estate environment is a plus.
