What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing with strong knowledge of working in an integrated agency team model at both the portfolio and brand level.

  • A proven ability to connect brands to culture in an elevated, brand-right way through a strong network across the beauty and entertainment industry, including film/TV and/or music production companies, creators, reps and brand partners.

  • Confidence leading talent negotiations and complex partnerships

  • Experience managing direct reports or teams
